New

NEW.  A word that strikes fear in some and excitement in others.  Today, our nation is onto something NEW.  A new president who is making history because of his achievement and race. 

I like NEW because I like change.  Yes, there is uncertainty.  Yes, there is a “lets wait and see” feeling.  But I am one American who is passionately proud of our country and proud that we’ve come so far as to take on something and someone NEW. 

America is still the great nation in our world and I, for one, am praying that God would keep us in the palm of His hand and forgive us for thinking we are in charge of it all.
