YOU KNOW IT BUGS YOU …
You know that you’ve gotten to a place in your life, work, or ministry where you feel like you can’t go to the next level and it’s driving you crazy.

So you have a choice: either live the rest of your life allowing those roadblocks to keep you from a better life or do what I did and take a step forward in getting help.
You see, I was where you were. I was “successful” by every measure within the organization I was working with. But I knew there had to be more. I knew that God was pulling me toward working through some personal blind spots in order to see what he wanted me to do next.
THAT’S WHERE COACHING CAME IN!
I engaged a coach to help identify opportunities and blindspots and to work through a plan to take my life to the next level. Now, I’m living life on my terms and excited to help more people do the same!
Coaching isn’t counseling. While counseling deals with deep-seated issues like anxiety or depression, coaching offers you a fresh perspective on your life, work, and ministry so that you can live better and lead better.
Take Isaac for example. His marriage wasn’t bad, but he and his wife just felt bored in their relationship. After one coaching session, Isaac wrote this:

NOW, YOU’RE AT THE POINT OF DECISION.
You can either continue down the path of least resistance, the path you have already been traveling, or you can choose the road less traveled. The path of least resistance will probably result in you getting the same outcomes you’ve always received. But if you want something different to happen, if you want to change the direction of your health or your relationships, or your finances, etc. you’re going to have to do something different. Make a new choice, and pursue your new outcome.
